Good insurance, priced well, and friendly consultants. The holding time on phone calls, however, is too long. I don't approve of the cancellation process. If I paid to be covered until the month ends and I cancel within that cover period, I shouldn't have to be uncovered for the rest of the month, which I've paid for.
