Good bye old mutual

What a slow painful experience to deal with this company.

I have a Low mileage bmw m6, which had relatively low damage to the drivers door. Which took place in the driveway. Due to m3 forgetting to put the handbrake on.

2 weeks later I'm told the cars out of warranty I must take it to whom they are affiliated with. Renew it rivonia, which have horrific reviews. Even their assessors quote came to 27k, when I calculated the parts myself before labour and mark up. Were 41k.

It's question after question, delay after delay, taking it to our repairer who's got a horrific reputation and no guarantee they will use genuine parts.

What kind of joke of an insurer is this?
