Good at declining claims bad service

Hi we have home an content insurance with Old Mutual we had shower issue with leaking we put in a claim an they declined it with an reason that made no sense to us. We didn’t fight them didnt have the energy. This was last year 2022. This year due to load shedding our xbox got damaged. We put in a claim had a damage report sent that we paid for as they need proof just for them to make another excuse not to pay our claim. They dont reply to my husbands emails. And this is terrible have no issues debiting for payment but with claims they are terrible.
