I have to agree with other people complaining about i-Wize. This company called i-Wyze are just a filthy company. While you pay your premiums you are are a good customer, but with claim time you become a victim. They will go out of their way not to settle your claim. These people working for i-Wize are a filthy group of people. I will never in my life recommend this company to anybody ,They rejected my claim on the basis that I missed two payments on my credit card.I had an accident in May of 2024. They only notified me in July telling me that they are not going to entertain my claim. Even after I submitted my claim in May 2024, They still deducted the premium for June and July .Immediately after the accident occurred I phone them. The lady who answered was so rude. Instead of asking whether I am OK , her very first question was which party was at fault. I collided into a truck. Her second question was really an insult . She asked me whether I visited a bottle store just before the accident. My accident happened on a Monday morning on route to work.These people are running a filthy business, that is i-Wyze.

I call upon everybody reading this to stay away from these ************ bunch of people at i-Wize. I am now with Outsurance and I have to admit that the service I get from Outsurance is absolutely first class. 100 times better then i-Wize. Dr. Gordon Morolong
