GIVE ME MY CAR BACK

Very unimpressed with the process of an assesment. i road over something in the road on Tuesday, only my two tyres are damaged so i asked to be towed to a tyre fitment centre. i was told it had to be taken for an assesment. 2 days later they havent even processed the assesment and are telling me it could take up to a week. i am not even going to be claiming for this as my excess is far more than the price of two tyres.

I ask to speak to a manager and i am told i will get a phone call today or maybe tomorrow.

RELEASE MY CAR TO ME!!!
