Ghost side assistance

I joined Iwyze from last month after switching and Yesterday i had a breakdown on my way to a meeting, tried contacting the emergency line and got a engaged line, i then used the app to request roadside assistance and was told i would get a call shortly i waited for 3 hours and had to call friends and family for assistance and they came from Jozi to Vaal to assist me because i am apparently paying ghosts (iwyze) had to pay for something i am already paying for like what if my partner was driving my car was she going to be stranded too? And for how long? So annoyed waited in the heat for 4hours waiting for the call back and it's the next day still nothing what was gonna happen if i didn't have money was i gonna have to sleep on the side of the road in the veld?
