Get Iwyze insurance at your own risk!

I have had the worst experience with Iwyze's claim process (if they even have a claims process). From what i can tell, that company's claims are being run too similar to the running of a small ****a shop. No one calls you to update you on anything, I've been on the phone with them (when I do eventually get through) daily begging them to give me an update on my claim for two weeks now. No progress, nothing, they don't even know where my vehicle is to start with after THEY towed it, now they asking me where my car is!!! I am shopping for insurance, moving my whole family to a more sensible insurer that understands what they doing because Iwyze is a complete MESS!
