GAP COVER IS BAD

I will not recommend Old Mutual Gap Cover at all! If the medical aid pays almost everything and then Gap cover only pay per item IF the medical aid paid part of it. It took two weeks for them to actually assist and then the asked me to send the claim again and then I had to add another statement and send it again. I had to send my claim 3 times and then it was declined. Because of this experience I will never take ANY kind of policy with Old Mutual again. And their service is not good at all. My advice STAY AWAY. I have been paying two years. The claim rejected was for R2300.
