frustrated with the claim process :)

Frustrating as it is, i took a cover for my tyres and rims with you guy's to ensure peace of mine little did I know that the only peace of mind i will get it claim process that leave you narm, my claim no is #***,

It's been a week now for me to drive my car and do my day to day to had to stop every time and put in pressure on my tyre, This is really stressful as no one is contacting me about my claim since i did submit what you requested I do :)
