Frustrated with iWYZE

I've been through the worst with you, I have been paying premiums consistently but the service I'm getting is just the worst ever. All you are good at is deducting premiums & there is just no proper service. You've given me nothing but severe headaches and anxiety attacks. I still do not have my car after 36 days and now Im being told to bring back the courtesy car. What exactly am I insured for?
