Frustrated Third Party Claimer from Iwyze

I was in an accident 3 weeks ago and need to claim as a third party from Iwyze insurance that is part of Old Mutual i was given a name Phumzeli and the number *** she gave me an email adres so that i can claim from the third party insurance department ........with NO Luck i am still sitting with out a car and my phone calls is just put through from one person to another.
