Frustrated

I had a very bad experience with this insurance, I registered a claim on the 23rd of october 2023, Lucky who was supposed to be handling my claim was never available and I used to call everyday and each time I call i get different reasons was my claim was not finalised…. After that it was handed to so called senior validator Cristal Martin whose never available responds to you when she feels like responding after almost a month of waiting i find out on the app that my claim was rejected, I tried calling her but seems like she was always too busy to attend my calls….. the audacity of lying to me 4 days later, she called a said she just received the outcome and claimed not to know anything about the outcome that was posted on the app I’ve requested for the sales call and all the calls I’ve been making since the beginning of the claim, so that i can involve the lawyers, up until today I haven’t received any of those calls and mind you they said it takes 48 hrs to retrieve them…. It been over 3weeks waiting now
