Frustrated by Iwyze
My car was involved in an accident 3 weeks ago and I made a claim with Iwyze and till today I don't see any progress on my claim. During the accident my car damaged someone else's wall,those people have been breathing down my neck and I told them my insurance will be in contact with them but nothing. Now these people want to open a case against me because I still don't know where I stand with my insurer. I have discussed my frustrations with Iwyze but it seems to be falling on deaf ears. Nobody is discussing the progress of my claim with me.

When I chose Iwyze as my insurance I never thought I would live to regret it the way I regret it right now. I still can't believe that the assessors called me a ******** and a ****. Telling me that I participate in ******** acts. I honestly didn't know that opening a claim makes me a ******** and gives Iwyze the right to insult me,invade in my privacy and show no sense of transparency at all. And doing things behind my back with no consultation at all. If this is what happens when a person opens a claim,I really wouldn't want to see anyone going through what I am going through right now.
