From ZERO to HERO in 2 hours!!

I started helping my MOM with her Iwyze claims after she had already become extremely frustrated and demotivated. I started dealing with a claims agent (identity withheld) and it became evident to me that she was NOT interested in helping clients. Fortunately, her manager Tebogo Lefakane's email address was in her email signature so out of desperation i emailed him. He was immediately apologetic and asked for information to resolve the matter.

Unfortunately, but the time i mailed him back i received an out of office message that contained Selwyn Langeveldt's email address as contact in the event that Tebogo was unavailable. i wrote an email to both of them and Selwyn rep**** almost immediately.

SInce receipt of his first email, he sent me one more mail and i rep**** to that with the claims documents attached. Within 2 HOURS the claim was authorized and PAYOUT scheduled!

I also requested for a claims history on the policy and received a detailed breakdown within minutes.

If this is not EXCELLENT AND EFFICIENT service i dont know what is!

Top marks to Selwyn Langeveldt, he is an asset to iWYZE... he restored my confidence in the company and i am certain that of my mother too. She has been a longstanding client of theirs.

I will honestly recommend Selwyn Langeveldt and the iWYZE team to others needing Gap cover!

Tebogo, please make a note against his file for increases/bonuses or promotions! This agent is worth his weight in gold.
