********** and Hidden excess amounts
I was involved in an accident and when i claimed i was told that i have to pay access for R4500 plus additional R5000 because the value of my car is above R500 000. I was never informed about additional access. I was only informed that my access is R4500. I bought my car brand new last year and the insurer has that information together with the value and im pretty sure they insurered the car based on its value. Why do i have to pay additional access like its a surprise to the isurer. This is *****.
