Fantastic Service from Ms. Thandeka Makama

I would like to commend Ms Thandeka Makama for her outstanding service. My aunt had a rear window claim and with sheer professionalism and kindness , Thandeka helped putting my aunt at ease and actually educated my aunt on policy terms and conditions going forward as well as the dos and don’t of Short Term Insurance. Ms Makama portray great strategy of client centricity, it’s honestly people like her that makes STI make sense to many of us. Thank you for the peace of mind you gave not only my aunt but family and friends too, rest assured this great customer service will spread like fire coz I’ll be singing praises of the brand and Thandeka’s impeccable service.
