False Promises

Good day<br> <br> When I took out my building instance with iWIZE confirmed that all attached items to my house will be covered by the policy. I in fact asked that should I be able to turn my house upside down, whatever does not fall off will be covered.<br> <br> Yesterday my geyser burst. Well that is what it looked like to me... a geyser that is standing in an inch of water is burst. Logged the request and was told that I will lose my no claim bonus. Today their plumber investigated, started to replace only specific parts and now the excess is double.... because of maintenance... what a joke!<br> <br> Oh and you lose your no claim bonus!!<br> I could have phoned my own plumber!!<br> <br> Useless!!<br> Shopping for new insurance!!!<br>
