False promise and fail to support their clients

I was hijacked and the car was recovered by tracker, IWYZE took my car to Bedfordview in Johannesburg to fix it. Now when the panelbeaters call saying they are done with the car, IWYZE said I must go and collect the car myself in Johannesburg while I'm staying in Mpumalanga which is 420km away from my residential. But on the 2nd day of the car being recovered they said it is their responsibility to tow or drive the car back to my house but now they are failing to deliver.
