False advertising/information on rewards points

I am very disapointed with Old Mutual rewards, I have a life cover, funeral policies, investment and transactional accont. According to their website four products will place you on tier3 but I am still in tier 2. I think I opened the transactional account around June/july I have sent emails to them, I have been to maponya mall branch and they tell me they dont deal with rewards. It means the website has false and misleading information. I wonder if I will even be back dated for the past months. I am super disappointed with the one FSP I have believed in for a long time, i got an email telling that theres conditions for the transactional account which is not there on the website. it only stipulates that you must have four products to be on tier 3. i wish to close all my accounts
