False advertising iWYZE

My husband tried to get us a cheaper insurance rate than our existing policy. He contacted iWyze who advertise on television that if they are unable to give you a better deal than your existing policy they will pay you back One thousand sevenhundred and fifty rand if you provide proof and that you have been claimfree for at least three years. iWyze could not give us a better deal and my husband provided them with all the proof and documentation they require to pay him the R1750.00. They are giving him the "run around" now for three weeks with extremely bad communication and refusing to pay the money out. This is false advertising and misleading of the public
