False advertising, empty promises

Contacted iWyze to do a comparison quote as per their televised ads currently flooding the channels. They promise to pay if they cannot meet or beat the quote. As expected they couldn't. When it comes to paying out as advertised they use every excuse not to do that. As my excess is lower than what they offer, they reason that it is not a like for like comparison. News flash, I can have my excess increased to the same they offer and then my current premium will be even lower. If this is the way they approach and do business, how will they treat clients when it comes to claim stage?
