FALSE ADVERTISING DODGING CLIENTS
I sent you my policy schedule and have not heard from you regarding the campaign you are so nicely advertising on TV yesterday the sales consultant calls me and says you are cheaper?? please explain how when ypu have to double my excess in order to beat my premium with R100? Thats not a like for like if you want to be cheaper you should put me on the current excesses i have at a lower premium just for adding vehicle extras my basic excess moved from R300 To R8000 Not to mention all the other additional excesses you have... stick to your word and pay clients if you cannot beat their premium and excess stop false advertising otherwise leave this to the big honest companies like miway and outsurance.
