False Advertising
I tried an online quote for car and home insurance, but could not get past the second screen, then I requested a call back, soon after an agent called me, we did the vetting, and found that Iwyze could not better my premium with my current provider. The agent sounded a bit stand offish, but said he would forward my details to their marketing department and with out giving me a reference number or forwarding the quote he gave me to my email, he hung up. Trying to get hold of the marketing department proof to be another challenge...Iwyze should not advertise their promotion on television and radio, if they don't plan to honour what they are advertising.

Thank you very much, your response is appreciated. Some sort of acknowledgement from Iwyze would have been great. I did however expect more from Iwyze being affiliated with Old Mutual, if this is the service they provide to prospective clients then I am appalled. Please listen to the call. As a previous agent for Old Mutual, I am shocked at the attitude of the agent. All I can say now is that Iwyze please honour their promise as advertised and to train thein agents a little better.
