False advertising

Iwyze's Ad says: If we can't beat your current insurance premium we give you R505 and if claim free for 3 years with the same Insurer we will give you R1750. so I got a quote from them Thursday, they did not beat my recent premium and I have been with the same Insurer for 4years and claim free so they told me to send my Policy schedule as well as my Claim History Letter of which I did and was never called back. Yesterday I tried following on the matter and was taken from pillar to post, this morning I tried again, eventually a Consultant by the name Mongezi called me back but guess what, he said they received my documents and verified so they are giving me another premium a lessor one, I said No, your Ad says If we can't beat your premium we give you R505 and if accident free for 3 years with the same insurer we give you R1750 not another lesser quotation. what Iwyze is doing is using false and deceptive advertising and I won't let this slide. They will give me what is due to me, I have written an email to The Competition Commission and I will write to Skhiphamafiles if I have to.
