False advert

on the 08/06/2020 I saw a promotion advert on tv for Iwyze where they are giving you R505.00 if they can't beat your current insurance premium or R1, 750.00 if you've been claim free for 3 years. I gave them a call as it will be a win - win solution, I could earn a promotion bonus or pay less premiums on my car insurance. On the 09/06/2020 i called iwyze and made quotation on 2 cars including home contents. The sales advisor asked me how much am I paying currently with my insurer and the excess. I told him that I am paying R1, 177.00 with an excess of R3, 500.00. We continued with the quote at the excess of R3, 000.00. The premium was R1, 447.50 before he added home contents worth R100, 000.00. He told me that there is no need for him to add the home contents as the premium already exceeds what I am currently paying, he assured me that he can't beat my premium and I have a good deal with my current insurance. I submitted the policy schedule and the no claims bonus letter and to date I have not received the promotion bonus nor any form of communication from them. I keep on calling them but no one tells when am I going to get the R1, 750.00, they keep on telling me about the underwriters. There's another insurance company that runs the same promotion and they pay within 3 days upon receipt of the relevant documents but Iwyze yona niks.
