Fairly reliable vehicle insurance

Fairly affordable car insurance. I submitted a claim for an accident recently and the turnaround time from submission to booking in the car was a week. I think the overall time could have been quicker because I kept driving around in my damaged car. My claim was approved after roughly 4 working days, the assistance on the phone was good, very professional. Points of improvement: waiting times on the phone to get assistance, submission to resolution time of claim.
