Failed promise and zero Hope!

So i thought it was time to now join my family that has been happily protected by old mutual # Iwyze, that is my granny having a life and a home insurance with Iwyze. I called to request a quote for a car insurance only to find that they can't beat my current insurer and i was asked to email my policy document to be reimbursed R505 that is currently running as a promotion. after doing so i was suddenly told i don't qualify because i am less than 12months with my current insurer yet funny enough they could have mentioned that before i went an exra mile requesting a policy document from my current insurer. I mean when i was doing a quote with them i told them how long i have been with my current insurer, so why do they now tell me a different story when they have to reimburse me after putting my hopes high for nothing? i just feel unsafe with this insurer after this experience, clearly by the time we have to claim for anything with my granny all we will get is trouble and therefore is best my granny changes to another safe insurer.
