EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE WITH NO CARE OF CUSTOMERS AND NOT ACCOUNTABILITY!!! A **** INSURANCE FROM OLD MUTUAL IWYZE PINEAPPLE

I would like to ask what is the turn around time for a claim as i have submitted the claim on the 28th June 2022 to date it has been waiting for the approval of the Top management, i have submitted everything they have requested and nothing. I have called this morning and was told the management will respond after 10am now its 13:46. Old Mutual ombusdman has also not responded to the complaint i have submitted.

Can some assist me with the claim urgently as i do not know what more can one do since the is no assistance!!!
