Extremely Poor Service from Wyze Insurance - Third Party Claim

I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the service I have received from Wyze Insurance regarding a third-party claim. From the outset, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, with constant passing of the buck and an overall lack of accountability.

As a customer, I feel completely neglected and unimportant. Despite my repeated attempts to get clarity and resolution, I have been met with unresponsiveness and excuses. This level of service is unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

Thank you for acknowledging my complaint. However, I am still facing issues. After calling ***, I was provided with a number for third-party claims ***), but I discovered that this number does not exist. This adds to my frustration and further delays the resolution of my claim.

I request immediate assistance and accurate contact information to address this matter promptly. Your swift response and action would be greatly appreciated.
Regards

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the prolonged delay in resolving a claim I initiated in June 2024. On 17 October 2024, I received an email from a Quest negotiator, stating that the matter was still under audit and that it had been escalated. However, no further updates or progress have been communicated since then.
Despite my patience and attempts to follow up, I still do not have clarity on the following:
  • What steps have been completed.
  • What is pending and why.
  • The estimated timeline for resolution.
This lack of transparency and extended delay is causing frustration and concern, as there seems to be no clear path toward resolving the matter.
