Extremely disappointed client

I have never experienced anything like this before. This company has no regard for our time neither our money. I have a pending claim for 2 months. Their consultants as well their team leaders and managers promise to call you back but they never did. The consultant busy with my claim never responds to my emails. She was not at work the few times I called in and therefore nobody else can proceed with my claim?! Let me not start with the hold time for their call centre.

I am very disappointed by this kind of service. There is a huge room for improvement and professionalism.
