Extremely bad service, Iwyze is a ****.

I have since registered a claim with Iwyze and it was accepted,my car got fixed by their panel beater who tempered with the gearbox,the last time I checked,my car was not drivable,the gearbox was stripped and placed inside the boot of which the panel beaters plan was to return the car to me in such an undrivable state.when my car was collected from my place,it was drivable. Both Iwyze and the panel beaters **** about the report they got from VW which recommended that the gearbox must be changed,they said they never received it. I went to VW and was provided with the report. The claim has been ongoing for 5months now, I don't know where my car is and Iwyze is ignoring my emails.
