Excessive Excess

Had a bad storm that damaged my Bumper on 24 December from then till today 04 January was not able to claim because I’d be on hold till sun sets and emails not responded when they do respond I get charger an extra R6200 for being below 25 years old and an extra in for having a license lower than 3 years I’ve never claimed before and never had an incident for more than a year….. really bad service because I chose Old Mutual because they offered less excess hence I chose them 😑🚮
