Excess Recovery Claim

Dealing with IWYZE legal department is actually frustrating. I am claiming for my excess which is supposed to be recovered from the third party and everytime I follow up I am told stories. This process started last year and until today they are waiting for a final invoice from the panelbeaters. And everytime I call the process will take 30 to 90 days. What is the timeframe for 30-90 days bcos I am sure that when I call again next month this process will start afresh. There is lack of professionalism and customer care here. Disagree? Count the number of calls I have made regarding this issue and those when I was told I will be called back, and that never happened. Regards Nkosinathi
