Excess payment - RE: 901233

I have been sending complains regarding this issue which started in September last year. Now I think its time that I send in a compliment. I am truly grateful to Marilyn and her team: Peggy Makgoatha & Paballo Kekana <br> ever since I started dealing with them I got feedback on a regular basis as to what was happening and the process was explained to me in detail. <br> Today I got my excess refund and I am so happy and will now put this matter to rest. I wish we could have a team like this, who work for the good of a customer and understand our frustrations and their clients. <br> KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK GUYS & STAY BLESSED.
