Exceptionally useless and ***********

I have been trying for the last 4 months to cancel my life insurance policy. We all know they will try to make it difficult for you but now they are downright spiteful. I phone, they say I must mail, I mail they say I must phone. After 2 months I finally get a reply saying my policy isn't even on their system!!!!! Yet come every 25th of the month Old Mutual promptly takes my money. How can they take money for a policy that doesn't even exist on their system!!!!!!! 4 months later, no new news. I phone, mailed. Nothing. I am just posting here to warn others against Old Mutual, I am taking this to the long term insurance ombud. I want every single cent back since my first request to them.
