I would like to extent my heartfelt gratitude to Keith Bonda (Team leader) for his assistance and efforts to ensure my claim was resolved after a lot of hiccups . Just when i had given up he made sure i am assisted professionally .

Not only did he do a follow up and escalate the matter , he also gave me hope that the are still sincere people who love their jobs in the insurance industry .

I was really mishandled at the beginning and at this point had considered to cancel my insurance and i am happy to say "I AM STAYING"
