Excelling in BAD SERVICE and disappointing people

This is now my 3rd review about the samething about a simple claim of a bent in my car from the 17th of March untill now i haven't been helped...My Friend who is insured umder Miway was in am accident and her car was very mush damaged it only Took a week for them to fix it but for me for a simple thing as a scratch n dent im waiting for a month now going on Two without any help .... i am so disappointed and hurt....if i could find an insurance that helps with existing Matters i would take that policy in a Second
