I would like to publicly share an excellent service rendered by IWYZE Insurance company explicitly by the individual name Mpho Soko who handled our claim so professionally. On December 2020 some of our house holds such as stove, fridge, and microwave were damaged after the thunderstorm took place in our area where we reside in Dunnottar. The stove had a huge crack on top which was posing a very serious hazard as it was chocking to its users. The fridge was not fully operational and the microwave was totally not working. We then placed a claim to IWYZE Insurance as our holds iterms are insured with them. The individual that was handling our claim Mpho Soko rendered his service so professionally in that he kept on giving us feedback in the process and updating us as to how far is the process of the claim, who is handling and what will follow after, and thus therefore for I would like to publicly convey my gratitudes to IWYZE Insurance company particularly to Mpho Soko who worked tirelessly and putting costumers' service first. This man deserves to be applaud and and to be remunarated accordingly because with service he delivers in deed it raises the bar high of the company he works, even a person who would wish to cancel the insurance because of certain doubts, he makes it difficult for such individuals to leave such a tremendous service he delivers. As we speak the IWYZE has afforded us a reasonable lump sum of money to replace the stove of course after thorough assessments have been conducted by the appointed technicians. The short of the long i am saying to IWYZE Insurance company particularly to Mpho Soko thank you very much for an excellent service delivery in resolving the challenge we had, we all consumers may follow a suit to render such a wonderful service to their customers at large.
