Excellent service received from Iwyze

Yesterday, on 9 August 2022, I received excellent service from Iwyze Insurance.

I had gone with my daughter and friend to a Walk in celebration of Women's Day hosted in Emmerantia. Upon finishing the Walk, I called Iwyze at 11:03 notified them about my flat battery and requested that they send someone to come and help start the car. The consultant (I missed the name) was very professional and concerned about my safety. Iwyze sent a gentleman called Dries to come help start the car. It is important that I should mention that Dries came to where I was at 11:20, and that is 17 minutes after I had made the call to Iwyze. This is very impressive and indicates efficiency and concern for the safety of Iwyze customers.

I am pleased with the service that I received yesterday and wish that it could be extended to all Iwyze clients to allow the company to grow from strength to strength. The excellent service far exceeded my expectation and contributed to a beautiful Women's Day celebration.
