Excellent service from Thabisa Mbaliso and Khuliso (Roadside assistance agent) from Iwyze Insurance
I am very happy with the service that I got from Thabisa Mbaliso from Iwyze together with Khuliso who took my call on Friday when I reported the incident. Towing was arranged within 3 hours by Khuliso and my claim was finalized within a 3 hours on Monday the 4th November and I had a courtesy car before 3pm on the same day. I am very happy with the service that I have received thus far from IWYZE insurance and Thabisa's speedy responses to my emails and always keeping me informed about the process and my outcome of my claim. Her communication skills were excellent and service is 100%.
