I called in at 16:59 and requested Sihle to call back. He assured me that he would call back. I must be honest, I did not believe him at all!!! I URGENTLY needed vehicle insurance. He called me back at 17:05 - that is a TAT of 5 minutes!! WOW!!! He had a great attitude, vibey, outspoken, great husky voice. OMG this dude was awesome.
