Excellent customer service, thank you Road Side assistance!!!

I am so happy with the service I received from Mbuso Tshabalala from Road side assistance on the 20th August. My vehicle broke down and after speaking to him, I had complete peace of mind. Towing vehicle was arranged seamlessly and follow ups were done to check if I was ok and that I was satisfied with the assistance. This may be protocol or part of the process, but having someone like Mbuso to ensure that the customer/client is genuinely cared for makes all the difference. His professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail turned a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. I truly felt supported throughout the entire process, and I believe Mbuso went above and beyond. He is a credit to your team and an excellent example of what outstanding customer service looks like.
