Excellent Customer Service

We were caught in the recent storm in Durban and as a result of this our car was damaged. We were very upset about the situation we were in but had to deal with it. We logged a claim with iWYZE and was assigned to Chad Marias, Claims Consultant. From the first telephonic conversation Chad and I had he was very helpful. He put my mind at ease. Chad kept us informed every step of the way. Our claim was processed timeously however had its delays here and there which were out of Chad's control, nevertheless everything was sorted (which was the main thing). Chad was really helpful and made the whole unpleasant situation pleasant with his excellent customer service. For this we remain iWYZE clients.
