Excellent customer service

I would like to compliment the service I received from Philadelphia Nzitshe. From the day I submitted my claim, she was there for me. She clearly explain the whole process and all the documents that were needed. She patient with as I was busy preparing to submit the documents. Immediately after submitting the documents, she attended to the claim and it was approved in less than 24 hours as she promised. Her communication with me as a customer was brilliant and overall I received a world class customer service from her. This is what we call excellent customer service.
