EMPTY PROMISES AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!
I received an e-mail with a formal letter attached from IWYZE on 30/7/2015 regarding my \NO-Claim Reward". I must say I quickly looked at the amount they will pay and day of payment - NOT noticing the IWYZE MISTAKE of the incorrect date - \""2014\"" instead of \""2015\"". Two weeks later I receive a call from IWYZE informing me that they will only pay this October 2015 and not in August? I complained about it and to my surprise they argued that the date was wrong and that I had no point. I manage to speak to a supervisor - Eldorina Baadjies who has promised to phone me back - I am still waiting for:
1. The money that should have been payed in 2014 (according to the IWYZE letter
2. The supervisor to phone me back
3. If by own acknowledgement the IWYZE letter was wrong/incorrect:
# Why was a correct letter not send to the clients involved = BAD ADMINISTRATION
# Why must the client be disadvantage because the company made a MISTAKE - I pay for my own mistakes - best IWYZE take some RESPONSIBILITY for THEIR MISTAKES and start paying the customers as they were promised.
EMPTY PROMISES - ITS ALL THAT WE GET FROM THIS INSURER!!! SAD!!

"""
