Emergency assistance non-existent!

I have two vehicles insured under Iwyze. My husband drives one and I the other. On 29 June 2022, my husband's vehicle had a blow out and the spare tyre was not in the car. With no other alternative , I called emergency roadside assistance. First of all, I could not get through because their line was congested. Eventually I managed to get through, held on for 10 minutes before it was answered and the line dropped. The consultant I was talking to did not even bother to call back. This was repeated a second time when I called back. Spoke to someone else, line dropped, and she also did not call back. On the third attempt, I held another 9 minutes before call was picked up and I spoke to someone. At the end of it, we resorted to using a tow truck that happened to pass by and pay cash from our pockets just to get to some kind of resolution and off the side of the highway! All in all, this was the worst experience I have ever had with an insurer. I was previously with 2 other companies which are much more recognised and popular. I have been with Iwyze for over 2 years, claim free, and my first experience with them is one that is so **********! Think on if it were me stuck on the highway with a blowout! As a woman, all kinds of unimaginable things could have already taken place by the time I even managed to speak to someone! An hour had already passed with still no assistance from anyone. Your life is at risk having this insurer! How is it that the emergency contact was so unreliable and just downright unconcerned? I insisted that I want a manager to call me back. I am still waiting!
