****ED UP SERVICE!!!!!

Submitted a Windscreen claim a week ago and its still not authorized by Iwyze. No one is calling I always have to follow up with their useless contact Centre which takes forever for one to speak to a consultant. Their Claim consultant Nicolete Viljoen hasn't responded or even called me regarding my claim, very very poor service by this person. Firstly they wanted a Warranty letter of which is nonsense for them to request that as my car its still under warranty with BMW. IWYZE IS ****ED UP
