Dont waste you time and energy with iwyze. Worst insurer ever.

This company does not deserve any star at all. The service from this company is shocking considering the amount of time they've been in existence for, you would swear the company has just launched a year ago. I regret the day I answered that call when I got offered the policy and promised great service and painless claims process. I don't even know where to start. I'm emotionally drained from the abuse. Firstly my claim recently got rejected(I'll write a whole review just on the rejection reasons alone when I get the strength) and as per the rejection letter I need to be refunded for the premiums paid, of which it's been three weeks chasing after the refund since I received the rejection letter. Secondly when my vehicle was towed back to me ,I was given the wrong key which is super glued and sallotaped. The key is definitely not mine as I gave them a proper key upon car collection when the accident happened. Thirdly there are car parts missing on the car. I reported this to them and till today I have not received any correspondence. The next step from this point is following the legal route.
