Don't insure with Iwyze

I was bumped from behind at a stop sign by an iwyze client he agreed that he was 100% in the wrong and agreed to pay for my car to get fixed. I logged a third party claim with Iwyze and the service has been terrible when I followed up I found out the guy handling my claim had left the company and my claim documents were rejected and the new guy Buntu re submitted my documents and they offered to pay 5000 while the quotation I gave them stating 12000 and they said the panel beater agreed to fix my car with the price they had agreed on.I called the panel beater and they told me that the assessor did not get back to him with the final quote and my car can't be fixed with that amount.

Im absolutely disgusted by their service not to mention that the guy I spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful he did not care.
