Does not exist on 1 dial tone
I contacted call Centre for mutual & federal regarding a claim as my car was in an accident. I contacted the call centre on *** I was welcomed with an Operator dial tone to please press 1 for a claim emergency which I did then was told ‘number does not exist’ how? I pressed 1 as per operator and was told number does not exist?? What number do I call if dial 1 was incorrect?
